1.      What’s your advantage compared with other suppliers?

2.      What can you do in the case of bad electronic products?

A:  We will replace all the bad electronic products free of charge one by one if the packed damaged under proper usage and storage/within the quality duration 3 months for our electronic products. and replace 50% free within 6months under proper usage and storage.

3.      What’s you payment and delivery items?

  a. Payment items: By T/T, 50% for deposit, and balance all before shipment.

  b. Delivery time: 12-25days accounting from the date received the deposit.

4.Do you supply electronic products with OEM or Desire power logo?

We supply both OEM and other famous logo.

5.Can you advise me which Companies have purchased from your Company?

There are many famous Companies purchase cell/packs from our Company, but I have no way to advise their names due to we have confidential agreements and have no right to open their names for advertisement or marketing.

6.May I get free samples for testing?

We are glad to supply you samples for testing! No samples no orders. Frankly speaking, Almost all of our valued clients are willing to pay us full cost including shipping cost because TOP&EASY always do business based on trust each other and TOP&EASY promise that will replace all free or return the cost to clients if our our electronic products are not good enough as per our advertised. We got very very feedback from all of valued clients。

7. Who are your current customers and where are you shipping to?

A: We have made agreements with our customers to keep their information as the business secret. Just not for others to advertisement. Hope your kindly understanding about this! Thanks.

8. How is the quality? Do your electronic products catch on fire a lot?

A: We supplied our products to all over the world and got very good reputation from our clients. Our Quality is guaranteed.No lipo battery catch on fire! It is very safe and stable of our lipo batteries.

9. What makes your electronic products better quality?

A: Much work to done to make our electronic products better quality than others, such as better formula, better raw materials, more strictly quality control..etc. Of course our Engineers have much experience on high rate batteries is also very important.

10. Would you please DO NOT send the original, full invoice with the battery packs?

OK to enclose "commercial invoice " with the samples and show very low prices just for custom clearance..

11. Are you sure the tracking number you had stated below is correct? I am getting a 'no-go' on the UPS web site regarding this number, despite about 38 hour having passed since it was shipped...

I have checked  the status of the samples from the Express Company, the goods have already been sent out and on the way to your Country. Mabe you can check them from UPs later. The tracking number is right. Expecting your kind understanding about the inconvenience caused!.

12. just received the electronic products. this is appalling! It does not include any of the items I ordered!!!

13. Do you have a distributor in USA or Canada that we can get some samples?

We sell many products to USA and Canada with their own brands, but we have no our own distributor in USA or Canada. You can order samples directly from our factory and we will send them to your office very soon. Payment is very simple to via PayPal for small amount. Please just let me know your interested items and quantities, then I will prepare a samples proforma invoice for your reference.

14. what is your best distributor pricing?

About prices, would you please find our prices list attached for your reference only. We can offer you special discount when getting your exact demands.

15. how do you ship, and how long to get to +++?

Shipment: We usually send the lipo pack via EMS/UPS,the shipping cost is about  USD16-19/kg as per the weight. Usually you can receive your cargo about 4- 5 days after the cargo send out via UPS.

16. How about the MOQ?

We will supply your products without minimum order quatities to assist you . We well know ,We bigger business comes from small business.We usually send the lipo barttery via EMS/FedEx/UPS,The shipping cost is about USD16-18/ kg as per the weight.

17. Which kinds of shipping methods your company mainly use?

About shipping ways, so far the safest and fastest way is via UPS, and almost all of our valued clients agree to send via it.  EMS cost is a little cheaper(about 10% cheaper than EMS), but their service is very bad and slow.  You can choose EMS if you do not mind their service and delivery time.  

18. How can we go on for testing samples, making a first order, a contract

Very simple, just let me know which items you are interested, quantities, then I will prepare for a samples invoice for your confirmation.

19. How do you treat complaints, how long is the product warranty

For electronic products, the warranty is: We will replace free excluding express cost within 3 months / replace 50% excluding express cost within 6 months if the battery damaged under proper usage and storage.

20. What is the usual way of payment

We usually accept bank transfer to our TT, for small amount, we also accept PayPal payment.

21. How is your usual way for shipping the packs to Europe

We usually send products via EMS/FedEx or UPS to Europe (door to door service), and the cost is about USD18.00/kg.  Over 100kgs, we usually send them by normal airline (airport to airport service),and the price will be cheaper.

22. How long is the usual time between order and shipment

Normally, we can send out the products about 2-3days if we have stock cells, it will be about 5-15days if we used out the stock.

23. From where will the battery come from? HongKong? China?

Battery will come from China.

24. What company will be used for making the shipments? DHL? UPS? LBC?

Normally, we ship our battery via EMS,UPS or FedEx.
